Ayodeji Ijishakin is a PhD student within the computer science department at University College London. His work focuses on developing generative image modelling and causal inference algorithms to make predictions concerning neurodegenerative diseases such as: Alzheimer’s Disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Recently, Ayodejis work has synthesised large language models into his machine learning pipelines to develop and validate scientific hypotheses. The present talk is an exposition of his latest application in this area.
