Dr Jo Judge works to support and grow the National Biodiversity Network (NBN) as the UK’s largest partnership for nature, a role she has held for 3 years. She has a BSc in Zoology, an MRes in Ecology and Environmental Management and a PhD in wildlife disease ecology. Before joining the NBN she worked in the public sector for 15 years conducting research into wildlife disease and how the behaviour of wildlife affects the spread of disease within and between species. She has worked with a variety of wildlife including lagomorphs, mustelids, bats and eagles. She is passionate about the real world application of research and the communication of science to audiences of all backgrounds.
