Dr Jo Judge works to support and grow the National Biodiversity Network (NBN) as the UK’s largest partnership for nature, a role she has held for 3 years. She has a BSc in Zoology, an MRes in Ecology and Environmental Management and a PhD in wildlife disease ecology. ​Before joining the NBN she worked in the public sector ​for 15 years conducting research into wildlife disease and how the behaviour of wildlife affects the spread of disease within and between species. She has worked with a variety of wildlife including lagomorphs, mustelids, bats and eagles. She is passionate about the real world application of research and the communication of science to audiences of all backgrounds.
