Michelle is a Senior Manager and Lead ML & AI Engineer at Lloyds Banking Group, where she leads AI and machine learning delivery for Consumer Lending. She manages cross-functional teams spanning data science, engineering, and product to move projects seamlessly from experimentation to industrialised, production-grade delivery. Her recent work focuses heavily on agentic AI designing and deploying intelligent agents that guide customers across credit, affordability, and financial wellbeing journeys.
Originally from Ireland and now based in London, Michelle is highly experienced in leveraging machine learning to drive deep insights and inform strategic enterprise decision-making. Beyond her technical leadership, she is deeply dedicated to building communities for women in the data and tech space, having successfully created a thriving women’s data science community for Python-based projects.
