As Operations Director at Digital Futures, Faye drives all aspects of talent acquisition and operational excellence. From strategic workforce planning and admissions to consulting practice development and workplace infrastructure, she ensures the right people, processes, and systems are in place to power the company’s mission and growth.
Faye began her career in Data and Analytics Recruitment, before moving into Financial Services Management Consulting, where she became known for her ability to connect top-tier talent with complex client needs. Her keen understanding of people and organisational structure has been central to her success. Before joining Digital Futures, Faye played a pivotal role at BCS Consulting, where she designed and implemented the firm’s Associate model while managing resourcing and account plans for major clients. She later led staffing through the firm’s acquisition by Accenture, helping to guide the integration process and shape the team’s next chapter.
When she’s not driving strategy and operations, Faye enjoys exploring the Kent countryside with her dog, Vinnie, getting lost in a great book, or indulging her love of food with her husband as they search out new restaurants and culinary experiences.
