Kaloyan joined Digital Futures in January 2024, six months after completing a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. Following his completion of the Digital Futures training, he was deployed as a consultant to a global bank in July 2024.
His first role sat in the bank’s central ESG function, automating data quality controls using the Python library Great Expectations. Since January 2025, he has worked in Corporate and Institutional Banking, Credit and Lending, rebuilding a legacy system as part of a Section 166 review – resolving data quality issues and working with stakeholders to document architecture and data ingestion.
Outside work, most of Kaloyan’s annual leave goes on skiing, and his summer weekends are spent on volleyball in the park.
