Laura is a lead data scientist with over 8 years of experience delivering cutting-edge AI applications to clients in both the private and public sector, ranging from building computer vision algorithms for robotics to productionising GenAI applications across multiple clients. She led multiple interdisciplinary teams in a FTSE 100 client’s largest transformation programme, building scalable RAG/LLM solutions in Azure. She also has expertise maintaining such solutions while engaging with users and C-suite stakeholders. Before joining Faculty, she was a Data Scientist at a tech startup and a market research company, specialising in building NLP and computer vision models.
