Most job seekers think they need to “learn” more. More courses, more projects, more everything. This is simply not true. I have done well over 100 interviews at this point, from both sides of the table, and have coached over 50 data job seekers to land their dream jobs in this field. Everything in the interview fundamentally comes down to communication skills.
In this session, I will teach what interviewers actually look for in your answers, how to reframe the interview so that you are interviewing them, and the social/psychological cues that bring your inner confidence out.
This session is very different; I am not going to teach you frameworks, boilerplate responses or a “how to” guide. This will explore the essence of interviews and how you can “spin” them to your advantage.
