Amardeep Sirha is the Co-Founder and Head of Technology, at amarti (www.amarti.io) – a leading UK-based technical consultancy. amarti specialises in delivering powerful technical solutions for some of the market’s leading organisations. She is also the Director of Data at Compare the market (www.comparethemarket.com)

Amardeep works with companies to determine their technical shortcomings. She transforms these shortcomings into competitive advantages through targeted (and specialised) technical solutions. Her talent for delivering smooth technical projects has meant that she, and her teams, forge lasting partnerships with clients.

Now, as she sits at the helm of her own technical consultancy she strives to champion inclusivity, equity, and freedom of thought within the tech industry.

She hasn’t always been in this industry though. Her professional path forked many times before falling in love with tech. After obtaining a degree in Business Management & HR and a Masters degree in Education, she took on an Economics and Business teacher position – teaching at International schools within the UK and abroad. At a certain point she realised that teaching was not what she was meant to do. She as given an opportunity at Sky to work in a tech position, and just like that her passion for tech was born – and the rest, as they say, is HERstory.

Since breaking into the tech industry, Amardeep has become a powerhouse professional. She continues to cement herself, and amarti, as forces to be reckoned with

Amarti was founded only three years ago but has since been in a consistent state of high growth. We call partners to some of the biggest names in the marketplace, such as: The Very Group, Compare The Market, Tide, and EVO. Amarti’s ability to scale has been hugely influenced by Amardeep’s drive and personality. She is a powerhouse of women – the kind of person that talks and immediately draws you in.

Now, at the helm of her own company she strives to drive positive and conversation change wherever she can plant it. As a result, she loves to speak and attend events like yours that speak at tech events like the Data Science Festival. This year, she’s due to speak at Big Data London, Karren Brady’s Women In Tech Expo, Women In Tech Festival and more.
