Katherine is the Founder and Director of Talentology. Talentology is an organisational and people development consultancy that believes a company’s success starts with its people. Talentology helps organisations build the leadership, management, teams, and culture they need to attract, retain and develop talent.

They specialise in fixing the “people stuff” that quietly drains time, money and talent whether that is redesigning how teams work, strengthening management and leadership capability or building cultures that hold under pressure.

Katherine founded Talentology to bring practical tools and strategy to the messy middle of work – where performance meets people. She partners with values-led, progressive organisations to strengthen what’s already there, so people can lead with clarity, not chaos.

Prior to founding Talentology Katherine held several senior HR, L&D and Talent Management roles in dynamic and fast paced FMCG and Media organisations such as Diageo, Warner Bros, BSkyB and Unilever.

Talentology has worked with numerous organisations across a wide range of sectors (FinTech, Professional Services, Not for Profit, Gaming, Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Energy and Technology) on different initiatives ranging from talent management, management and leadership development, D, E & I, coaching and mentoring.

Katherine is a trained and accredited executive leadership coach with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level. She is also qualified in the psychometric tools MBTI and Facet 5 which she uses with coaching clients, leaders and teams.

Katherine is well known for her work in the mentoring space. She designed the award-winning Unilever Global Mentoring Programme which has been featured in multiple publications including the Harvard Business Review and contributed to Unilever winning the prestigious Catalyst 2013 Award for initiatives addressing gender diversity. Since founding Talentology, she has partnered with numerous organisations to design and implement a range of different mentoring programmes to address specific business and people challenges.

Katherine has also co-authored chapters in the book Coaching and Mentoring: Practical Techniques for Developing Learning and Performance (3rd and 4th Edition).
