Louisa has worked as a Data Scientist building models and data products for a range of teams and use cases, working with Product, CRM, Marketing, SEO, Finance, front-end, back-end and cross-functional teams to name but a few. After pivoting from Acoustics to retrain in Data Science, she worked for four years at Trainline before moving to Virgin Red, where she is now working as the Lead Data Scientist.
Throughout her career, she has worked with teams across her companies, and repeatedly heard her work being described as ‘magic’. She is now on a mission to break down the misunderstandings of Data Science to help manage expectations and foster better collaboration.
