Dina Al-Alami, is an ICF-certified career coach and founder of Major Confusions, a career wellness studio dedicated to treating career well-being seriously. Raised in Amman, Jordan, she holds BS and MS degrees in engineering from Stanford University and coaching training from the University of Cambridge. Dina built products and teams in HealthTech from seed stage to IPO in London, blending product development, design thinking and coaching expertise to help clients identify strengths and implement meaningful career changes. Her clients span all levels at organisations including NHS, Google, Asana, IKEA, Miro, Meta and mission-driven start-ups.
