Last year, she was parachuted in to South Africa for 6 months to accelerate the build-out of a new tech innovation centre.

Dina Al-Alami, is an ICF-certified career coach and founder of Major Confusions, a career wellness studio dedicated to treating career well-being seriously. Raised in Amman, Jordan, she holds BS and MS degrees in engineering from Stanford University and coaching training from the University of Cambridge. Dina built products and teams in HealthTech from seed stage to IPO in London, blending product development, design thinking and coaching expertise to help clients identify strengths and implement meaningful career changes. Her clients span all levels at organisations including NHS, Google, Asana, IKEA, Miro, Meta and mission-driven start-ups. She also partners with DEI-focused networks and non-profits such as The Shuri Network at NHS, One HealthTech, Stanford Alumni International and SheSharp. Tia Cheang is a highly esteemed Chief Data Officer recognised for her two decades of experience in driving strategic data analytics and digital vision across both the public and private sectors. In her current role at Gallagher, she oversees data operations across EMEA. Tia also contributes her expertise in AI at Westminster, advocating for data policy and governance. With multiple accolades including Tech-Exec Magazine’s Data Leader of the Year and inclusion in DataIQ’s Top 100, Tia continues to shape the future of data-driven industries while championing diversity and inclusivity in technology.

Luke Morton is the Founder of FirstStage. The AI platform for hiring teams, turning candidate experience into their recruiting superpower. As a self-taught and lifelong coder, Luke has grown and led a team of 500 software engineers, and IPO’d his last business.
