Billur Engin is Prolific’s Director of Data Science and Analytics, powering one of the world’s leading human data platforms. She holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and has built her career at the intersection of machine learning, causal inference, and product analytics. Before joining Prolific, Billur spent over four years at Netflix as a Senior and Lead Data Scientist across Growth Marketing, Creative Production, and Ads, and most recently served as Head of Data Science for Growth and Monetisation at Trainline. She brings deep hands-on experience in forecasting, experimentation, and applied ML across large-scale consumer platforms.
