Chris joined M&S in May 2022 as a Senior Data Scientist within the decisioning DS team at M&S. He supports the business in developing models to help personalise a customer’s experience online and on traditional offline channels. Chris worked at John Lewis for several years as a Senior Insight Analyst and transitioned to the DS field after completing a master’s in Applied Statistics. Before joining M&S, he worked at Ford & BT, developing DS models and applications. In his spare time, he likes to exercise and be outdoors.
