Courtney is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Data Idols and has spent the last six years recruiting across the data and AI space. During that time, she has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from early-stage start-ups and growing scale-ups to some of the UK’s biggest organisations.
She recruits across Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics and AI, through to senior leadership positions, and loves helping people find roles they’re genuinely excited about. Having reviewed thousands of CVs and spoken to countless candidates over the years, Courtney has seen first-hand what makes a CV stand out to a recruiter, as well as some of the common mistakes that can get in the way.
Courtney has also been part of the Data Science Festival community throughout her six years at Data Idols, attending and supporting events and meeting lots of brilliant people from across the data community along the way. She’s passionate about making the job-search process feel a little less daunting and sharing practical advice that people can actually use.
