Mimie is an experienced data scientist and computer scientist. She is a Senior Research Data Scientist at dunnhumby, a world-leading customer data science company. Her current focus is on developing causal data science solutions for measuring the uplift of marketing campaigns, using the latest causal and machine learning methods.

Her PhD was on causal inference, and she has been leading the development of dunnhumby’s causal inference capacity.

Beyond dunnhumby, she has extensive prior experience working in data science at the University of Oxford, Morgan Stanley, and the UK Department of Health in London. She holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MSc in Operational Research, both from the University of Southampton, and a BA (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. Her work has been honoured with awards and has been featured in top media outlets.
