I’m a Talent Manager at Depop, leading a team of Talent Partners hiring across our Tech and Product departments. I also lead Talent Operations, focusing on building thoughtful, scalable and people-first hiring processes. I’m passionate about building inclusive teams and creating great experiences for candidates and hiring teams. Alongside my role in Talent, I co-lead Depop’s Mental Health & Wellbeing ERG (Employee Resource Group).
