Kat is a Technical Director with 12 years of experience delivering ML and AI applications across multiple industries including retail, consumer businesses, insurance and logistics. In addition to managing technical delivery teams at Faculty she is also currently leading the internal Centre of Excellence in Agentic AI, aiming to galvanize practitioners and ensure that Faculty remains at the forefront of this exciting and emerging discipline. Before joining Faculty, Kat worked at many well known companies including British Airways, Aviva and Royal Mail. Kat has a PhD in Statistical Genetics and was a postdoctoral Researcher at the Universities of Oxford and Kumamoto.
