Kris Hong is the technical lead of the Speech team at Connex One. He is driven to enrich the company’s omnichannel customer engagement platform with the latest in AI advancements. His team focuses on delivering cutting-edge speech-to-text and text-to-speech services for seamless customer interactions through interactive voice response systems, and for generating call transcripts for analysis of customer-agent interactions. Before joining Connex One, Kris gained a wealth of experience in applying AI to environmental health research while working at the University of British Columbia and McGill University in Canada.
