Kyungjin has been working as a Data Scientist at dunnhumby since 2016. She has been working with different retail clients in the U.S. and South Korea to solve their business problems in customer-centric and data-driven ways. Using customer transaction data, she provides insights and actionable recommendations to improve client’s decision-making and performance. Her experience spans a variety of areas in retail including price and promotion, customer segmentation, category management and personalization. She is passionate about applied statistics and machine learning and believes in the power of data science. She wishes to contribute to making the world a better place with data science.
