Rajin Madahar is the Founder of Jinova AI, an early-stage enterprise AI company exploring how organisations can use AI effectively across real business systems and workflows. Before founding Jinova AI, Rajin spent nearly five years at InMobi, most recently as Global Director of Solutions Engineering and previously as Global Head of Solutions Engineering. He led a global technical customer-facing team across EMEA, North America and APAC, working at the intersection of engineering, product, commercial teams and enterprise customers. His experience spans technical discovery, solution design, integrations, incident investigation and translating complex technology into practical business outcomes. He is particularly interested in the skills and judgement people need to build useful careers in AI as the technology moves from experimentation into real organisations.
