Tim has worked in data and machine learning for over a decade, across cyber security, marketing and fintech. He joined tem as its first data hire and built its first pipelines, dashboards and ML models. He now leads the Data Service, which owns tem’s data from ingestion to insight, so every human and agent at tem can make decisions it doesn’t have to second guess.
