Who attends the DSF events?
Our community is now over 40,000 tech enthusiasts. They range from students and people moving into tech, all the way to CTO and thought leaders. We have a variety of events that cater to different levels of audience. Our community is hugely diverse, 40% of our community identify as female, gender neutral or transgender and 50% of our community identify as a minority group within the sector.

Sandbox Sessions: Flexible online or in-person sessions that spotlight your company’s projects or expertise. Applications: Open all year.
Mainstage Festival 2026 (Spring): Our flagship in-person festival in London, bringing hundreds of data professionals together for a full day of talks and networking. Applications: Until the beginning of April 2026.
Career Day 2026 (Autumn): An in-person event connecting employers with early-career talent, graduates, and career changers. Applications: Until the end of September 2026.
Global Online Summit 2026 (Winter): A five-day online global event featuring talks and panels for thousands of data professionals. Applications: Until the end of November 2026.
Themed Months 2026: Monthly online or in-person sessions focused on a specific topic or technology area. Applications: Open year-round.
Academy Series 2026: A multi-week online learning programme featuring practical sessions and hands-on skills development. Applications: Open year-round.
Leaders Roundtable 2026: Quarterly in-person sessions for senior data leaders to share insights in an intimate setting. Applications: Open year-round.
Mentorship Programme 2026: A six-month partnership supporting hundreds of mentees and a strong network of mentors across the DSF mentoring community. Applications: Open year-round.
