DSF TURNS 10!
We are returning to CodeNode for our 13th festival on Saturday 16th May 2026, and you are invited to join us as we celebrate a very special milestone. This year marks ten years of the Data Science Festival, and we are throwing a full birthday bash to honour a decade of our brilliant data community!
Join us for a full day of tech talks, innovative companies, and meaningful networking, all completely free. To mark our tenth birthday, we will be embracing a celebratory theme with party touches, birthday moments, and a few surprises throughout the day.

Please note: our events operate on a ticket ballot system, which means entering the ballot does not guarantee entry. You will only be able to attend if you are allocated a ticket. Tickets will be distributed throughout April 2026. If you have not received a ticket by 2nd May, you were not successful this time. You can check our ticket 101 here for full details.

FAQ's
When and where is the Festival?
Date: Saturday 16th May 2026
Time: Doors open from 8:15 AM, event runs 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM GMT
Venue: CodeNode, 10 South Pl, London, EC2M 7EB
How does the ballot work?
Enter the free ballot via Universe. 600 people will get sent their ticket via email ahead of the event. If you don’t receive an email, you are unlucky this time in getting a ticket. Tickets are drawn across the month of April 2026. Please have your ticket with its QR code ready to scan for entry into this event.
Can I watch a recording after the event?
Yes. After the event, you can come back to the DSF site. All sessions will be added to the past section of the event. Please note that if a speaker does not wish to be recorded, the sessions will not be made available.
How do I get to the venue?
Parking – If you want to commute by car to CodeNode, NCP Finsbury Square offers an ideal parking spot. Located beneath the lawn bowls green, you’re only a short walk from CodeNode, Moorgate and Old Street. CodeNode is also serviced by a large loading bay, should you require deliveries or unloading. You can also check out Parkopedia for details of nearby parking.
Tube/Train – The nearest underground stations are Moorgate and Liverpool Street Stations. Both are on the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, and Moorgate is also on the Northern Line and Liverpool Street is on the Central line. Liverpool Street is also a main overland station.
To reach CodeNode from Moorgate Station, exit Moorgate Station, turn right onto Moorgate, and turn right again onto South Place. Walk down South Place until you reach number 10 on your right. In addition, Liverpool Street station is a major overland train station connecting CodeNode directly with the outer London regions and the rest of the UK.
Bicycle – For cyclists, there is a Santander Cycles Hire docking station just outside our venue on South Place.
What type of session can I expect to see?
There is a mixture of talks featured at our festival. Covering all things data (science, engineering, etc) and a variety of technical levels. You can view last year’s playlist on YouTube here to get an idea of the talks at our events.
