In previous tech events, I have been used to no more than 10 women being there. This is the first time I have seen this many women. It’s pretty impressive and it’s lovely to see.

I think it was equally enlightening for me as a mentor as my mentees, to dive deeper into challenges and look at them as potential opportunities. Spending time as a mentor at the Data Science Festival enabled me to support those making this leap.
